Multi-submit is a tabbed interface built into the Submit page which allows you to upload and submit multiple deviations at once.

There are several ways to upload multiple files:
  • Drag and drop several files onto the Submit page at once.
  • Select several files from your by opening the "Select file from" modal and dragging to select, or by using control+click (command+click, for Mac users) to highlight several files at once.
  • Submit an entire stack from your by hovering over a stack and clicking Submit!
You can then change settings for each one, and then save them for later or submit them to your gallery. In addition, the Submit page will retain the order and settings of any files uploaded, even if you navigate away from the page itself, which means that you can complete the submission process at your convenience, from anywhere you go, without having to keep track of what you were planning to submit or when.

Scheduled Submit

Scheduled Submit lets you upload and prepare submissions, then set a time and date for them to be publicly posted to deviantART. For deviants with a busy schedule, or for those who are likely to upload and submit multiple deviations at once, this gives them the opportunity to prepare and present their work to their watchers without having to worry about flooding Message Centers or risking works going unnoticed.

Once you select and confirm your date and time, that file's tab will turn orange and will remain on the Submit page each time you come back to it.

Try it out!

Go to the Submit page and give these new features a try!

As of now, there are no limits to the amount of submissions that are queued up. We are working on finalizing the specifics for these limits, so we'd love to hear your feedback.

We appreciate any and all feedback you have, and if you run into anything that works differently than you'd expect it to, please let us know in the comments on this article. If you encounter any bugs or other issues, please file them in the #devBUG Issue Tracker, under the Multi-Submit project.

Does it only schedule so far in advance? I wanted to schedule a post for December 29, but was frustrated to see that I could only schedule up to December 21.

Currently you can only schedule up to 3 months in advanced.

I am not seeing any option at all to speak of to schedule submit. Nothing. Yes, beta testing is turned on.

You don't see a button here?

Nope Dan I see nothing as far as "schedule" goes. I switched browsers to Firefox and I can see it now. Was on Chrome. Very strange.

Maybe it's an extension or plugin you have installed? Sometimes AdBlock can cause issues like that.

Nope, isn't that. I can see it now though oddly enough.

Hello! I have been using the schedule feature for a while now, and I have a few suggestions/concerns! (I was directed to comment here) First let me say as a comic artist, who updates weekly, this feature is a big help! However, since I tend to upload at least one submission a day, in addition to the comics I've already made, the fact that the scheduled uploads stay on the page is rather troublesome... Right now I have at least 10 uploads scheduled though April. The fact that the page must load all those submissions, some not due to be seen for a month, really slows the page loading... So I understand as it is now scheduling uses the multi-submit tabs as a base for saving all the uploads. What if you change the scheduler to use more of the system for it? That could keep the to be uploaded devs out of the way when uploading your random inspiration or daily works. Um... I think that was I wanted to say...

I like it, you should add the 'Scheduled submit' to journals as well.
