- Profile URLs becoming deviantart.com/username. We're discussing the possibility of changing profile URLs from the username.deviantart.com format to deviantart.com/username. Of course the old addresses would automatically send you to the new addresses. There are several technical advantages to making this switch which would speed up browsing and make the site more stable. This would also make it easier for us to offer a "HTTPS Everywhere" security mode. How do you feel about this change?
- Username changes. We've discussed username changes in our past Site Updates and if you're someone who is interested in the username changes topic, then don't forget to vote on the current deviantART poll: If given the opportunity, would you change your deviantART username?

I too am in favor of the deviantart.com/username change, it not only helps one to integrate into this art community but it also makes an artist seem more professional, in a way.
Posting thumbnail images in comments don't seem to be working.

One, I would like a modification for the way to submit writing. I would like it if it was possible to submit written works in the form of Microsoft Word documents (.doc), OpenOffice documents (.odt), or even in the form of Rich Text format (.rtf). Last time I tried to submit something in writing, it told me I had to do as a webpage or a plain text piece, and it was very inconvenient. I had to submit my writing as a regular text piece, and re-do all the bold and italics in it.
A second suggestion I have is for the folders in galleries and favorites. I would like the ability to, in essence, create folders within folders. For example, in my favorites area, I have a lot of comic book fan art, and it's in its own folder, "Comics". I wished I had the ability to create sub-folders within that folder for various companies and crossovers.
I would be very happy if you could do those things.
And after it's been going on for a while i don't think it's effective in actually increasing the comments!
I have a bad internet connection most of the time. When I don' I can upload anything to the Sta.sh. And then I can put it up in my gallery and take my time and everything and I can even do it when my internet has a bad connection!
So thanks!
