The talented digital artist Jon-Lock illustrates personifications of social networks and web browsers. While he's only been on deviantART for less than 6 months, he's brought in nearly 128,000 pageviews, 17,600+ watchers, and his newer deviations almost always hit the front page.

I ship Twitter and Facebook. So awesome.
I totally ship Tumblr and Crome
oops- *reposting
Just wondering, but have you gotten Jon Lock's permission to repost these artworks? He has a clear "no resposting without permission" rule. If you have, then all I have to say is thanks for spreading the wonderful artwork! ^^

Am I the only one who for some reason don't really enjoy these?

You may have to be numb (or super technically-minded) to not say they are excellent drawings but for me, what I see in these personifications are so idealized that I find it very dissonant from how I know these sites. It's like drawing one of these anime-style drawings and passing it off as a self-portrait.

Each person see's a site they use in their own vision. You personally won't be happy until you make your own version.

I love personifications, kind of reminds me of the game "HyperDimension Neptunia"
